There's a monster in the mirror
Staring back at me
A monster in the mirror
Raging with fury
A monster in the mirror
Waiting for the opportunity
A monster in the mirror
Craving to break free

His eyes, the darkest shade of grey
Salitaving upon its prey
He breaks your will, takes your heart
and tears your soul apart
I can't just close my eyes and make him go away
He's getting stronger day by day by day

There's a monster in the mirror
Waiting patiencely
A monster in the mirror
To finally break free
A monster in the mirror
The darkness deep in me
A monster in the mirror
Slowly taking over me
That monster in the mirror
That monster...  is me
the darkness, hiding deep inside of me, corrupting my every thought, every feeling. Corrupting my love. It is the source of my evil thoughts. It is a constant battle between right and wrong, between good and evil that resides within me. I sit in between , and have no idea who will win, eventually.
